Full Day Jeep Tour from Protaras, Ayia Napa & Larnaca
Daktari once again leads the way with a unique land-and-sea adventure, offering a full day packed with excitement, swimming, and unforgettable sightseeing in eastern Cyprus. This will be one of the most fascinating and memorable experiences of your holiday, as you travel beyond the “Green Line” that has divided the two Cypriot communities since 1974.
- Famagusta – The Ghost Town
After passport control, we cross into the northern part of the island, currently under Turkish occupation. Our journey continues to the famous Ghost Town of Varosha, where we walk through deserted streets lined with abandoned houses, shops, schools, churches, and hotels. Here, visitors can imagine what life was like in this once-glamorous city more than 50 years ago—an emotional and truly unforgettable experience.
We will also explore the old town with its impressive Venetian walls, take photos, enjoy some shopping, or relax with a coffee. Optionally, you may visit Othello’s Tower.
- The Blue Lagoon
Following this powerful experience in Famagusta, and as temperatures rise, we head towards the stunning beaches of eastern Cyprus. There, we board our boat and cruise along the coastline, admiring picturesque bays and sea caves. Our next stop—and one of the highlights of the excursion—is the most vibrant turquoise bay of all: the Blue Lagoon.
Famous for its crystal-clear waters, the Blue Lagoon is the perfect place to unwind, swim, or enjoy snorkelling. Snorkelling equipment is provided free of charge on board. During this scenic and unforgettable cruise, there will be an additional swimming stop.
A delicious freshly prepared meal by our chef, accompanied by a complimentary local drink, will be served on board.
After one of the most memorable days of your life, we return to your hotels.
Important notes
- Please remember to bring your passport and camera.
- No guided commentary will be provided on board during the cruise.
- Adverse weather conditions and/or other factors beyond our control may result in the cancellation of the second part of the excursion, which includes the boat trip and lunch. In this rare case, guests will be compensated with €30.00 per adult and €20.00 per child.
